10. Killing us Softly

Killing us Softly is about gender in media. Generally it mentioned about how womans used as a sex objects. There is a really good point which i really liked. The talker mentioned about photoshop users in the commercials and they are tried to create the ideal woman in commercials. They take someone's nose, other's mouth and etc... and they create the ideal woman. I think there is a one reason for that and it is attract man's attention to product which they want to sell. Other significant point is there is a great difference between man and woman in commercials. Womans always sexy and soft looking. On the other hand mans just use their masculinity.

9. A Woman on a Roof

8. Truman Show

Hi everyone, today i will write about Truman Show in case of symbols. There are many symbols that we can accepts as a symbol. There is actually two significant group of symbolizm in Truman Show. First is Psychological and second is political. i want to mention about first Psychological symbols. The sea symbolized the fear of truman. As you know Truman lost his father when they were sailing. After that he could not swim or even he could not pass the sea. Another Psychological symbol is the unfinished bridege. It symbolized Truman's Psychological position. Likely Truman, he is really bad in case of Psychological problems and he could not overcome his problems like unfinished bridge. Lastlay i want to move on political symbols. Cristof who the producer of Truman Show symbolize the God. This is because he is the ruler and dominant power. he did what he wants. Second important political symbol is Truman's escape. His escape from the town symbolize, we should escape some political and religion's overdate dogmas. We should be independent and free. It was a really good film and The Truman Show is one of my best.
